Welcome to Center Stage Antiques. By accessing centerstageantiques.com or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Information
Center Stage Antiques is a small, family-owned business specializing in quality used, vintage, and antique furniture. All items are pre-owned and sold as-is. Photos and descriptions reflect condition to the best of our ability. Normal wear consistent with age and use is expected.
2. Orders & Payment
- Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- We accept Shopify-supported payment methods.
- Payment must clear before pickup, delivery, or shipment.
- Sales tax applies to New Jersey shipments and local pickups as required by law.
- We may refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory.
3. Product Descriptions & Condition
- All furniture and decor are used and/or antique.
- Minor wear, scratches, patina, or finish variation are not defects.
- Dimensions and color may vary slightly due to photography and displays.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Freight Deliveries
- Most large items ship via freight carrier.
- Typical delivery window: 2–6 weeks, depending on distance and carrier scheduling.
- Buyer provides accurate delivery details and access info (stairs, elevators, restricted access).
- Standard service is curbside. White-glove service may be available at additional cost.
- Risk transfers to buyer when the carrier takes possession.
Local Delivery
- Available in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the New York metro area.
- Runs occur approximately every 2–4 weeks.

Pickups
- Pickup by appointment. Contact us to schedule.
5. Storage Policy
- Pickup or shipping must be arranged within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
- Storage after 14 days: $10/day.
- After 60 days, items may be deemed abandoned and resold; deposits may be forfeited.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
As a small, family-run business dealing in quality used and antique furniture, each piece we sell is unique and sold as-is. We do our best to describe and photograph items accurately so you can buy with confidence. Because of the nature of used furniture, all sales are generally final.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before shipment or delivery scheduling are non-penalized and fully refundable.
- Once an order has shipped, been assigned to a carrier, or picked up, it cannot be cancelled.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the item was significantly misrepresented in photos or description.
- Wear, scratches, color variations, or patina consistent with age are not valid reasons for return.
- To request a return, email info@centerstageantiques.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and an explanation.
- If approved, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, using comparable packing and freight service.
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a professional freight service experienced in antique furniture transport.
Refunds
- After inspection of the returned item, approved refunds cover the purchase price only and exclude original delivery or freight costs.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
- If 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not posted, contact info@centerstageantiques.com.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order items
- Pieces sold "as-is," "estate condition," or "final sale"
- Gift cards
7. Damage in Transit
- Inspect deliveries immediately.
- For freight, note visible damage on the bill of lading before signing.
- Report damage within 24 hours to info@centerstageantiques.com. We will assist with carrier claims.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the item's purchase price. We are not responsible for freight delays, carrier handling, installation, assembly, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
We use your information to fulfill orders and communicate about your purchase in accordance with Shopify's secure checkout. See our separate Privacy Policy for details.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction in New Jersey courts.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of purchase applies.
